Irina Demchenko
Irina Demchenko is a passionate facilitator of various spiritual modalities, personal development tools and conscious relational practices. With over a decade of experience, her innovative process includes meditation, yoga, journaling, somatic therapy, authentic relating, and wisdom traditions from around the world. By inviting in humor, warmth and relatability into all areas of healing, she aims to empower individuals to bridge the gap between their human and divine selves by trusting in their own power and living from a place of love and compassion.

I have attended a few of Irina’s and Marcela’s led circles: intimate birthday ceremonies, monthly women’s circles, and large group intention setting circles. They have a beautiful way of holding space and adding the mystic, introducing authentic connection with other, and creating a shared intention to any activity.

The rituals they lead are very symbolic and powerful. They provide an opportunity to look inwards and ask what one wishes for the year or a person, or what one wants to welcome or let go of.

The containers these two magical women create are soul-warming and cultivate a profound level of connection of the whole group for any experience. For me, their activities and containers have enabled more depth in connections to new and familiar individuals - stepping stones to then nurture friendships & sisterships more fruitfully. It is a privilege to be able to receive their transmissions and learn from Marcela and Irina.
-Geraldine Z.
Irina has a natural and special gift for connecting individuals to themselves — and to one another — in meaningful ways that positively empower us and also build trusting and lasting communities. Her calm and professional approach to facilitation fosters an environment that allows all of us to acknowledge energies that presently limit our best selves, while giving us the confidence to let go of these concerns and achieve joy, self-assurance, and trust with others.

-David S.
Irina and Marcela held an intention-setting circle this year and it was a truly profound experience. I was gently guided to a peaceful state where I felt held and seen. They drowned the noise of my fears and doubts to give me permission to envision what I truly want for myself. To live that possibility is something I will always be grateful for. These wonderful women can help you explore magical depths within yourself if you go on this beautiful adventure.

I’d never attended a women’s circle before and didn’t know what to expect. But I was immediately put at ease by the instant camaraderie I felt with Marcela and the group of women she brought together. We all shared stories, deeper insights, and even some tears as we dove deeper through various talking points and prompts. The experience was incredibly genuine, heart opening and supportive, and Marcela’s leadership style and personality played a huge role in that. Being around her feels so natural and easy! In her circles, she has found the perfect balance of leader, mentor and friend.
I highly recommend subscribing to any of her offerings as you are guaranteed a special, inclusive and personalized experience.

Do I need to be working on something specific during this time?
And does it need to be career related?

Our intention for this retreat is to provide a conducive space that will help you further along an idea, project or vision that you have. This can be anything from a project you want to launch, something you’d like to learn, a side business you want to further along, a creative idea you want support on, or anything else. If you'd like to join, but you're not sure what you'd like to work on yet, we are here to help you find direction for how to spend this time, just reach out using the emails listed below. Additionally, there will be intention and goal-setting workshops at the beginning of the retreat to help bring alignment and clarity for this time together.

I have a day job that is separate from the thing I’m working ?
Will I be able to work during this time or can I only join if I’m taking work off?

Yes, day-time hours will be for working & co-working. However, there will be workshops & offerings peppered throughout the day, so if you have a very long working day with a lot of meetings, and don’t anticipate being able to partake in the group offerings, then this retreat may not be the best option for you. Please reach out if you’d like to discuss it further!

Am I expected to participate in all of the offerings?

While we always encourage you to take care of your own needs, we also want to encourage active participation and support, in order to make the most of this time!

I’d love to join, but I can’t afford it, is there anything you can do?

We can offer payment plans for anyone who may need it! Please reach out to learn more.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Due to the financial liabilities and time constraints we are not able to provide refunds. However, in the case of extenuating circumstances we will try our best to accommodate any needs on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out if you have additional questions about this policy.
